Delete Your Data, Anytime
When you ask us to delete your data, we delete everything: no hidden copies, no training residue, no exceptions.
Request Account Deletion
To delete your account and all associated data, send an email to contact@architai.com with the subject line "Delete Account".
We will process your request within 3 business days.
What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your account information (name, email, profile data)
- All reports and field notes you have created
- All media files (photos, videos, audio recordings)
- Your organization data (if you are the sole owner)
- Usage history and preferences
- Any AI-generated content associated with your account
No Training Data Retained
When we say "delete," we mean it. Your data was never used for AI training, and upon deletion, no copies remain in any pipeline, cache, or backup beyond our standard retention period.
Our AI providers (OpenAI) are contractually prohibited from retaining or training on your content.
Processing Timeline
Once we receive your deletion request:
- Verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate
- Process the deletion within 3 business days
- Remove all data from active systems immediately
- Purge data from backups within 30 days
- Send you a confirmation email once complete
